Ay, mahirap talaga basahin ang faint lines, mama! Best thing to do is get a blood test done sa OB or clinic para sigurado, that's what a few of us did din when we weren't sure, kasi sometimes stress or timing makes the lines so faint na nakaka-confuse. A positive is a positive kahit gaano kaliit ang line, but if you want 100% confirmation, blood test lang talaga ang reliable way. Good luck, and hopefully you'll have clarity soon!
