possibly miscarriage again

hello po..naka pag pa check up napo ako last oct 6, 5 weeks and 6 days just gestational sac. no yolk sac and fetal pole. pero nagka spotting po ako now and every ihi ko may lumlabas talaga na discharge brown po talaga. im expecting the worst po. supposedly oct 20 pa check up ko pero i will go now na to check what happen inside.
