Ay mamsh, 37 weeks na with 1cm dilation, exciting pero hindi pa rush! A few of us had similar situations and honestly, it took a while pa before things really moved, kaya don't get your hopes too high just yet hehe. The cervix can stay at 1cm for days or weeks pa, so mas better na follow-up lang sa OB mo regularly para ma-monitor ang progress talaga. Keep moving around, stay hydrated, and just relax muna, your body will let you know when it's really go time na!
