CS binder Pano isuot?
Hi po .. tanOng ko lang po panO isuot ung binder? ung Blue po ..kelangan Po ba the whole sugat matakpan like pti po sa Baba ? 3 weeks na po ako .. Salamat po
Hi mama! So with the blue CS binder, ang idea is to wrap it around your whole torso para sa proper support, yes, kasama na ang baba area para maayos ang compression at hindi mag-shift habang gumagalaw ka. At 3 weeks pa lang, super important talaga na snug pero comfortable ang fit, kaya make sure hindi siya sobrang tight na nahihirapan kang huminga or it irritates your wound. I'd definitely check with your OB or the nurse sa clinic kung paano exactly para sa iyo, kasi bawat bansa or hospital may slightly different way ng pagtuturo, pero generally yung goal is full coverage for healing at tummy support!
