Aww, I feel you, ang an-an (heat rash) talaga nakaka-alala lalo na pag dumadami! Honestly, a few of us tried keeping baby's skin dry and cool muna (lightweight cotton clothes, frequent baths with lukewarm water, less layers) kasi sometimes it clears on its own, but if it's really spreading or looking infected, best to check with your pedia agad para alam mo kung anong skin condition talaga and what's safest para sa baby niya. One of my mum friends swore by talc-free powder but I always prefer asking the doctor first before trying anything new on baby's face kasi sensitive talaga. Hang in there, mama, first-time worries are the worst!
