Ay mama, this is such an anxious waiting period! So you're almost at 38 weeks na and stuck sa 6-7cm with walang consistent contractions, I totally get why you're worried, kasi parang hindi umuusad pero you're already dilated na. A few of us mums have been in that frustrating "false labor" zone where you dilate pero hindi consistent ang hilab, at honestly kailangan mo talaga ng OB check-in soon para malaman kung okay lang baby and kung kailangan na ng intervention or just more patience. Hindi ito emergency but definitely worth messaging your doctor or going back to the hospital para sa full assessment, sometimes they need to check baby's position, the cervix again, or start you on something to keep labor moving, kasi you're so close na.
