Uy, congrats sa pregnancy! Elevated TSH during pregnancy is actually something na dapat i-monitor closely kasi it can affect baby's development, so importante talaga na makipag-follow up agad sa OB mo para ma-adjust ang treatment if needed, a few of my mum friends went through this din and once na na-manage properly with meds, lahat okay naman sa kanila at sa babies nila.
