Oo, nag-operate na ako ng gallbladder removal, at honestly ang biggest thing I wish I'd known earlier is na laparoscopic talaga ang way to go if you have the option, sobrang bilis ng recovery compared sa open surgery, like a week versus a whole month! The first few days can be rough with gas pains kasi sa CO2 nila ginagamit, but walking around the house even when you don't feel like it really helps, at hindi mo kailangan ng malaking scar. I did have a friend though na bumalik siya sa hospital a week after coming home dahil sa intense pain, so it happens, hindi lahat smooth sailing, kaya importante talaga na i-monitor mo sarili mo closely and don't hesitate to call your doctor if something feels off. Best advice I can give: rest, walk when you can, at go slow with eating (bland stuff lang muna, hindi agad ang lasang-lasa). Worth having a good chat with your surgeon beforehand about the exact approach and what your recovery timeline should look like, every case is different, so make sure she walks you through it!
