Hi mama! I haven't given birth there myself, pero may kaibigan ako na nag-deliver ng normal delivery sa District Novaliches tapos okay lang ang experience niya, the staff was helpful and walang hassle sa process. Best mo talaga na tawagan sila directly or mag-visit ka personally para malaman mo exactly ang rates nila for both normal and CS kasi they usually have packages, at baka may changes na din since prices tend to increase. A few of us din nag-suggest na mag-ask ka ng referral from your OB kasi sometimes may discounts o arrangements sila with certain hospitals. Good luck sa search, mama!
