mix feeding breastfeed / formula milk

Uy hi! So honestly, a lot of us nag-mix ng breast at formula, and it really depends on what works for your baby at your schedule, walang strict rule talaga. Some of my mum friends do breastfeed in the morning and evening, tapos formula during the day kapag sila nasa work, habang iba naman nag-alternate ng feeds throughout the day, or ginagawang formula lang ang gabi para makatulog ang baby ng matagal. Ang importante talaga ay makita mo kung ano ang comfortable sa baby, kung siya okay, hindi siya fussy, at tumatagos ang milk, then you're doing great! Best pa rin na i-ask din ang pedia mo about this kasi bawat baby is different, pero honestly, you're doing amazing just by combining both para sa baby mo.
