Honestly, best to ask your OB about Natalac timing since every mom's situation is different, pero most doctors recommend starting it around your third trimester or even right after birth, depending on your health and needs, kaya better safe than sorry na lang. What I did with my kids was I just took what my doctor prescribed and then focused on frequent nursing and good hydration after delivery, those helped me a lot with milk supply, so don't stress too much, you've got this!
