Hello po. Just a question. Nag-thaw po ako ng frozen bm ko just a while ago. Then napansin ko may maliit na guyam na nafrozen din pala kasama ng bm. Ok pa po ba ito? TIA

Ay, mahirap yan, mama! Best to check with your pediatrician or lactation consultant kaagad about that, they can look at it in person and advise if it's still safe to use. Nakakakuatang makita yan, I know, but better safe than sorry with baby's milk, diba? Hoping it's nothing serious!
