Etiqa Reimbursement

Hi! Honestly, I haven't tried reimbursing labs and meds through Etiqa's maternity benefits kaya hindi ako sure exactly kung ano covered, pero from what a few of us mums talked about, it really depends on your specific plan kaya best talaga to call their customer service directly or check your policy documents para makita mo kung kasama yung labs at prescriptions mo. I'd suggest keep all your receipts and prescriptions just in case, because some insurance companies are picky with kung anong forms or original docs they need for reimbursement! Good luck, sana ma-approve mo yung claims mo!
