Pain at the right side of the ribs

Hi po, new mom here. Na CS po ako. Super sakit po yung right side ng ribs below the breast. I’m not sure if over pumping lang or mali yung position when nag papalactate ako or sa sleeping position. Sadly Sunday bukas Mag papa check ako sa center sa Monday pa. Any advise po will be appreciated?
