Caltrate Advance 2x a day

Hello po mommies!! Tanong ko lang po if pano nyo tintake ung calcium 2x a day, ano po interval? Currently taking, hemarate FA - 30mins before breakfast, Obimin after lunch, tapos Calcium po after dinner. If gagawin pong 2x ang calcium when ko po kaya best time to take? Thank you! Di ko po kasi natanong sa OB last time. #advicepls #firstmom #firsttimemom

Dati sis nung naka 2x a day ung calcium ko, ginagawa ko is 1 sa breakfast then 1 sa lunch. Yung hemarate pwede naman sia sa gabi after dinner or before dinner kasi di pwede gabi itake ung calcium with d3 dahil need mo ng araw pra maging effective sia :) Ngayon 1x nalang ung calcium ko kasi. Taz yung obimin before bedtime :)

hello po mommy 🥰 personally po, I take calcium + d3 sa morning, tapos sunbathing for awhile early morning sun :) then ung obimin ko po sa evening after dinner po. :)

Thank you po mi sa pag answer!! Try ko din nga po mag sunbathing minsan hehe mas maganda ata effect nun satin. ¡ Same sa akin mi once a day pero pano po kaya pag 2x a day ang calcium mi? Pwede na kaya 2hrs interval? Nakita ko kasi sa google bawal din ung 2 tablets at the same time.
