Land Travel
Hehe from Olongapo To Urdaneta Pangasinan back and forth po within a day. May own service po.
2-4hrs (depending on traffic) ang papunta ng Urdaneta, so make sure may baon po kayong water and food o may stop-over kung saan pwede kayong kumain at mag-CR. I would strongly advise po na kahit sa center po kayo nagpapa-check up, i-get niyo po ang contact number ng pinagco-consult-an niyo na doctor para at least may peace of mind kayo na may mapagtatanungan kayo in case of any emergency. As always mom, ingat, stay healthy, and wag masyadong magpapaka-stress!
Pero since medyo malayo ang byahe, here are some tips: Take Breaks - Mag-stop every 1-2 hours para makapag-unat at maiwasan ang pamamanas o blood clots. Kung may discomfort o kakaibang nararamdaman, stop muna and rest.

Since may own service ka, make sure comfortable ka during the trip — take regular breaks, stretch your legs, and stay hydrated. If you’re not feeling any discomfort or contractions, it should be fine. But if may chance, try to reach out to your OB just for peace of mind, or ask the nurse at your public hospital for advice!
Đọc thêmAt 23 weeks, safe naman mag-land travel for as long as your pregnancy is healthy and you’re not experiencing any complications. Since you’ll be traveling back and forth, it’s good to plan for breaks para makapag-relax and avoid too much pressure on your body. Just make sure to hydrate and don’t stress too much. If you’re feeling any discomfort, it’s best to consult your OB first.

If you can, try to keep your trips relaxed, and don’t forget to hydrate!
