hello po momies this is my first time being a mom in the age of 23. Any tips po about being pregnant although my mother is guiding me. Wanna know your experiences po as first time mom. ♥️
Para sa akin, for your pregnancy ay basta go to your monthly checkups at sundin ang advise ng doctor mo. It's good that you educate yourself sa mga nababasa mo online, but take care not to overthink at kadalasan ay nakaka-paranoid lang when you know too much 😉 Iba-iba ang pregnancy experience ng bawat isa, ang iba maselan at ang iba ay parang wala lang, don't hesitate to consult your ob for any concerns. Gusto ko siguro talaga emphasize ay yung preparation (specially mentally) for the "4th trimester". Para sa akin, ang kadalasan na hindi natin napag-uusapan about pregnancy ay yung kapag nandyan na si baby.
