Ilang weeks pwede magtravel abroad after manganak?

Hello po mga momshie, ask ko lang po sa mga nanganak na before. October 19 po due date ko sa panganganak. May travel sana ako sa Australia sa 1st week of December. May physical activity pong kasama. Sino po nakaexperience na magtravel after manganak and musta po experience? Pls share your experience naman po sa mga CS and normal. FTM po ako at di ko pa po alam if magiging normal or CS delivery ako sa October.

Ang hirap talaga ng timing na yan, sis! Honestly, most doctors would say better to wait at least 6-8 weeks before flying, especially with physical activity involved, and yours would be around 6 weeks pa lang, whether normal or CS delivery. A few of us tried pushing it earlier and either felt super weak or had bleeding issues, so honestly hindi worth the stress. Best move is to ask your OB directly closer to your delivery date kasi depends talaga kung paano ka magaling at kung ano yung medical situation mo after birth, CS recovery is way longer than normal delivery. Maybe consider rescheduling if kaya, or bring your partner and a trusted family member kung talaga dapat mo gawin in December, but really talk to your doctor muna about the whole travel plan including the activities!
