Milky white discharge

At ganyan talaga usually towards the end ng pregnancy, yung milky discharge at Braxton Hicks contractions (yung pag-titigas ng tyan) ay very normal signs na your body is preparing na mag-deliver. But please mention these to your OB or go to your clinic soon, ha, especially since you're so close na to your due date, mas okay lang na i-check nila personally para peace of mind mo. Yung sharp pain when baby moves is usually just normal rin, but your doctor should hear about lahat ng changes para sure tayo na everything is on track. A few of us moms experienced the same thing around 37-38 weeks, at lahat naman ay okay. Just trust your instinct, if something feels off to you, don't hesitate to contact your OB right away, okay? You're almost there na!
