Hi mama! Para sa hospital bill ng minor, kailangan mo ng birth certificate, valid ID ng parent/guardian, PhilHealth card (kung may, super importante ito para sa discounts), at kung may insurance din, bring that too, one of my mum friends was able to slash their bill significantly because they had PhilHealth updated. I'd suggest you call the hospital directly din to ask kung may specific requirements sila or payment plans available, kasi iba-iba per hospital eh!
