Hello po mga mi. FTM mom here..Worry po ako..39 weeks and 3 days. Puros white discharge and pananakit ng puson at pwerta lang po nararamdaman ko. Sign na din po ba na malapit na ko manganak? Kayo po ba? Ano po current situation nyo?And any advice pang pa open ng cervix po. Kasi nag pineapple , lakad at squat naman po ako eh. #Worried #FTMom #Advice #tips

Mama, yan ay normal signs na approaching ka na talaga ng labor, the white discharge and those crampy feelings ay common sa final weeks! A few of us mums experienced the same thing at medyo nerve-wracking talaga, pero importante na i-check mo ito sa OB mo para ma-confirm kung dilated ka na or kung ready body mo, kasi parang need mo ng peace of mind hehe. Keep doing those walking and squats, and rest din when you can, your body knows what to do, pero let your doctor guide you on what's safe for baby din. Aaminin ko, hard ang waiting phase na yan, pero you're almost there na! How are you feeling otherwise, any heavy bleeding or sobrang intense na cramps?
