Hello po mga mamsh, sino po dito same case ko 39weeks and 2 days pero no sign of labor padin, huhu medyo kinakabahan napo ako ano po kaya dapat gawin? First time mom here po sana po may makasagot ng mga dapat kong gawin thankyou po

Ate, totally normal yan, a few of us went past 40 weeks bago mag-labor, and ang OB ko said kahit walang signs pa, baby knows when to come out, kaya don't stress too much! Best thing is to stay in touch with your doctor regularly and report any changes (spotting, cramps, water breaking), then keep yourself calm with walks, rests, at maybe some pampering muna while you wait kasi once baby comes, wala na ang peace and quiet hehe.
