Ways to open cervix

Hello po, mga mamsh. Sa count po ng OB ko based sa UTZ, 37 weeks and 5 days, pero based sa LMP po, 36 weeks and 4 days ako. Count po ni OB sinusunod namin ngayon.Nung Oct. 28 po humilab tyan ko kaya pinaswab na ako, pero closed cervix pa. Na IE po ako nun, tapos IE ulit kinabukasan sa follow up check up.  After IE, nag bleeding ako 1 whole day, tapos may 2x na konting buong dugo. Tumigil na sya kahapon, kaya nagtry kami ni hubby mag do kagabi at nipple stimulation, kaso di makapasok si hubby kasi super tight at masakit so di namin tinuloy :( pero after nun, may lumabas na dugo sakin na medyo sticky. Mucus plug na po ba yun? Di pa po humilab ulit ang tyan ko, kaya di pa ako makasugod sa ospital kasi gastos nanaman. Sabi po nila pwede na rin ako magpa scheduled cs para di sayang swab test dahil 5 days lang valid, kaso gusto ko sana itry magnormal kung kakayanin po. Paadvice naman po, ano po magandang gawin? Ay nak, I understand ang pressure na feeling mo, pero please po, kailangan mong makipag-ugnayan agad sa OB mo about that bleeding at ang tight cervix, lalo na after the IEs. Hindi ito something to manage at home lang. A few of us mums went through similar situations, and honestly, what worked depended talaga sa individual, some needed intervention, iba naturally mag-progress. But your OB needs to check kung okay lang ang baby at kung safe pa for you na maghintay or mag-try ng natural labor kasi may bleeding na involved na. The swab validity at gastos, I get it, pero baby's safety and yours comes first, mamsh. Rest muna, monitor kung may more bleeding or cramping, at tawagan agad ang OB. Don't try nipple stim or anything else without clearing it with her first, okay? You're so close na, let your doctor guide you on what's best for your situation. Rooting for you!
