Aww mama, hydronephrosis can be scary to read but marami sa amin na-encounter ito during pregnancy at okay lang naman ang babies, it's actually quite common! Definitely talk to your OB about what the next steps are, whether kailangan ng follow-up ultrasound after delivery or kung kailangan ng specialist check, kasi bawat case is different and your doctor knows your baby's situation best. A few of my mum friends had similar findings and their babies turned out perfectly fine, pero importante talaga na monitored siya closely ng your medical team until delivery. Try not to stress too much (I know, easier said than done!), just keep your appointments at keep your doctor updated sa any changes, okay? You're doing great, mama!
