Constipation

Ay oo, karamihan sa amin na CS moms ay dumaan dito, kaya ka-relate ka talaga! The combination ng anesthesia, pain meds, at hindi magalaw ng maayos after surgery makes constipation super common sa first few weeks, a few of us mums struggled for almost a month pa. Try mo na lang muna mag-increase ng water intake, pati fiber through fruits or oatmeal, at kung kaya mo na, light walking around the house helps a lot talaga, pero if it's still not getting better or causing ka discomfort, best to check with your OB kasi they might prescribe safe stool softeners, especially if you're breastfeeding pa. You're doing great three weeks in, mama!
