Pregnant with diabetes

Hello po! I'm almost 3 months pregnant. Currently I'm injecting insulin every bedtime. May I know other safe or natural ways to treat this case?

Same po tayo. ako naman 3x a day before meals. sabi ng endo safe naman ito sa baby. tapos less rice
