Painful bleeding

Hello po. I just want to know kung meron same sakin. I dont know the reason why I started bleeding just this day. Kala ko po naiihi lang ako kaya masakit. Then pagihi ko po may mga kasama nang dugo. Dalawang beses po nangyari ngayong araw. What might be the reason po kaya? I'm wondering if it's due to my workout these past few days kaya masakit din ang lower belly ko, or I just had sex yesterday after 2 years being celibate, or it's because of my IUD?

Hi hon, I know this is scary, pero please go see your doctor or go to the ER today, bleeding with pain like that, especially twice, needs checking ASAP para ma-rule out kung ano talaga ang nangyari. Could be a lot of things, your IUD, the activity, or something else, pero hindi ko kaya i-guess yan for you, at kailangan mo ng proper check-up para safe ka. Hugs, and let me know how you go?
