Is it safe to comsume Birch Tree Milk Powder?

Hello po I just wanna ask if is it okay to consume birch tree milk 9weeks preggy po. But I do use Anmum Choco once a day. Ung birch tree is ung na halo lang po sa avocado pang himagas. Hope that you can help me. Thank you😇 #firsttimemom #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstmom

same po tayo.every morning po birch tree din iniinom ko then sa gabi yung anmum..pricey kasi ang anmum kaya ganun gngwa ko.wala nmn po siguro masama ksi gnawa ko n un simula palang nalaman ko buntis ako.

yes na ask ko yan sa OB ko. since hirap ako mag anmum. She told me ok lang ibang milk though walang help for baby. The option she gave me is mag take ng Caltrate for calcium.
