Twin Pregnancy Question

Hello po. I am having twins po and the one is at 11 weeks, the other one naman is 3 days behind pa. Sobrang taas po ng symptoms ko ng nausea and vomitting. Ask ko lang po may nakaexperience na po ba dito ng twin pregnancy and right after po ba ng first trimester ay nagiging ok na talaga ang pakiramdam at nakakabawi na sa pagkain? Gusto ko na po makakain at nakakapanghina na pati tubig ay minsan isinusuka ko. Thanks po. #firsttimemom

Aww mama, I feel for you, twin pregnancy is no joke, especially with that level of morning sickness! A few of us from my mum group had twins, and honestly most of them felt SO much better once they hit second trimester, like night and day difference, so there's real hope there para sa'yo. The nausea usually does ease up significantly after the first 12-13 weeks, and once you can eat properly again, your energy and strength come back pretty quick. Pero since you're throwing up even water, best to check with your OB soon, sometimes kailangan ng medication or IV fluids para sa severe hyperemesis, especially with twins kasi kailangan mo ng extra nutrition. Hang in there, you're almost through the hardest part!
