Pitcher Method

Hi po! Has anyone used/tried the pitcher method for breast milk? If yes, how was it po? Efficient po ba? First time mom here and will go back to work soon. Although WFH kaya naging curious and have been researching about the pitcher method if mas practical yun. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
