Epidural (painless)

Hi mama! From what I know, it depends on the public hospital, some offer epidural, pero hindi lahat, and availability can be limited or may additional cost kahit public. Best talaga na i-ask mo directly sa hospital kung saan ka magde-deliver, or ask your OB during check-up kasi they'll know exactly what's available sa facility ninyo. A few of us in our mommy group had different experiences, one gave birth sa government hospital with epidural, pero isa naman namin had to pay extra or go private para makakuha nito. It's definitely worth asking early so you can plan and prepare emotionally and financially, sis!
