Almost 8 weeks with brown discharge

Hello po, first time mom here. I had miscarriage last Sept 2022 and ngayon po at 7w2d pregnant. My first tvs at 6w1d wala pa heartbeat si baby and now on my 8th week may konting brown discharge. Scheduled tvs na din in 2 days. Worried lang if there's something to be worried about, sabi kasi ng ob not normal. Or if may same situation din like me. Thank you.
