Bawal or Pwede naman po?

Pwede naman talaga! A few of us moms use both the microwave and induction stove regularly during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, walang problema, the key lang is just being careful with heat and making sure you're not overheating yourself or the baby's food, especially if you're heating milk or puree. Just don't stand too close to the microwave while it's running and use proper containers, para safe lang. Congrats sa baby mo!
