That's a really important question, but honestly, the timing and dosage of any prenatal supplement like that should really come from your OB lang, every pregnancy is different, and they'll know what's best for you specifically. A few of us mum friends take ours with breakfast or after lunch kasi minsan nakaka-upset sa tummy if empty stomach, pero your doctor should really guide you on that one, ha. Better safe than sorry when it comes to baby!
