Best Formula Milk for 1 year old

Hi po. My baby is now 13 months old. She’s experiencing constipation which is naging trauma sa kanya every time na mag ppoop siya. 😞 We follow what her pedia said. Malakas sya mag solid food and water intake. We are thinking about her formula milk. Nagstop na po kasi kami mag breastfeeding. Any recommendations and thoughts po? Thank you! #advice #firsttimemom

Aww, nakakasawa talaga when baby's afraid of pooping, mama! Since constipation can be tricky and might need specific formula adjustments, best to run it by her pedia ulit, maybe she needs something with different fiber content or a formula na mas gentle sa tummy niya (some brands like Similac, Enfamil, or even local ones like Promil have different variants for digestive health kaya maraming options). In the meantime, make sure siya really hydrated and maybe add a bit more fruit/veggies na natural laxative effect, pero yeah, doctor's advice talaga ang best bet here para makita kung ano exactly ang need niya!
