Ay mama, I feel you, the headaches after CS are real talaga, especially ngayon fresh pa lang ang surgery mo! Better to check with your OB or surgeon first before getting a hilot, because they need to know kung saan exactly ang pain mo and if it's safe na for your incision area pa lang or if there's something else; one of my mum friends got a gentle massage on her head and arms lang after her second CS pero pinayagan ng doctor niya muna, so basta confirm mo na lang for peace of mind. In the meantime, try staying hydrated and resting as much as you can, and if the headache gets worse or you feel anything unusual, better to reach out to your hospital agad, okay? Hang in there, this postpartum phase is tough but it gets easier!
