Contractions

Oo, maraming tao ang nakakakuha nyan, lalo na towards the end ng pregnancy, yung Braxton Hicks contractions na parang may tension lang from belly to back, kaya naman confusing kung fake labor or the real thing. A few of us moms noticed ganyan din, pero it went away after a few hours or after we rested, hydrated, or nag-walk lang, kaya hindi lahat are signs na malapit nang labor talaga. Since you're worried about it though, mas safe na i-check mo with your OB para ma-confirm kung normal lang Braxton Hicks yan or kung may something else na need attention, especially important if the pain gets stronger, regular na, or may other changes.
