Honestly, better check directly with SSS kasi ang requirements can vary depending sa situation mo, pwede kang mag-visit sa nearest SSS branch or call their hotline para sigurado sa lahat ng docs you need to bring, especially since CS ang procedure mo Kailangan mo usually ng birth certificate ng baby, your SSS documents, hospital records from the CS, at proof ng contributions, pero best talaga to verify directly with them para hindi ka ma-hassle bumalik ulit ng maraming beses haha!
