Cough and cold 35 weeks

Hello po ask ko lang po ano po ginaawa nyo nun nagka dry cough and cold kayo? Nagtake po ko ng vitamins 2x. Mag 1week na po kasi sipon ko tas ngayon naman nagka dry cough nako. Salamat po!
