IUD ok bang contraceptive?

Hey sis, maraming kaibigan ko na naka-IUD and they swear by it talaga, isa sa most effective contraceptives out there, and once it's in, you don't have to think about it every day like pills. Side effects vary kasi from person to person, some experience spotting or cramping for a few months, pero karamihan ng friends ko naging normal lang after a while, at may iba din na walang side effects at all. Best talaga na pag-usapan mo ito with your OB though, kasi sila ang makaka-advise kung IUD is the best fit for your body and lifestyle. Worth asking din ang circle mo of friends kung may naka-try na, para marinig mo firsthand kung paano para sa kanila!
