40weeks, Close cervix
Hello po. 40 weeks and 2 days na ako pero no sign of labor at close cervix pa rin. 🥲 Pero sabi ni OB kanina mababa na daw and may dugo after IE. Natatakot na ako baka ma overdue si baby. Any tips naman po. First time mom here. Salamat po ❤
Uy, first time mommy anxiety is real! The good news is your OB already sees movement (low cervix, bleeding after IE), so your body is doing something, sometimes labor just takes its sweet time, lalo na first time. A few of us tried walking, pelvic exercises, and relaxing (easier said than done, I know!) while waiting, but honestly the best thing is to follow your OB's plan closely kasi overdue monitoring is important at your stage. Keep in touch with your doctor about next steps and when they want to induce if baby doesn't come on his own, you're in good hands, and your OB is already keeping close watch.
