Hi po, 16weeks preggy. Normal po ba ung nag fafake contractions (braxton hicks) na? Usually po pag nakatayo ako tumitigas tyan ko. Pag nakaupo or nakahiga, relax lang naman tyan ko Thank you

Hi mama! Yes, normal yan, Braxton Hicks usually start around 16 weeks and mas common pag nakatayo ka or active, kaya hindi yan alarming sa parte mo. But since you're still in second trimester at gusto mo sure everything's okay, I'd really suggest mentioning it sa OB mo during your next check-up, especially if they become painful or regular, better safe than sorry, diba?
