Regla or Not
Hello po, 1 month and 9 days pa lang po ako after manganak via normal delivery and 2 weeks po nagtagal ang pagdugo ko after manganak, tas nung Nov. 27 po dinugo na po ako pero mahina lang at ngayon wala na, mahina lang po talaga, regla na po ba yun?
Ay, normal lang yan sis, lalo na kung breastfeeding ka, ang postpartum bleeding ay talaga namang variable, sometimes mahina nalang or on-and-off pa for a few weeks pa after that initial bleeding. A few of us moms experienced the same thing where the bleeding would taper off tapos may light spotting pa ulit, so hindi sigurado kung regla na or continuation ng lochia lang. I'd suggest asking your OB sa check-up mo para sure, lalo na kung may other symptoms like cramps or kung kailan usually babalik ang period mo normally, kasi depende rin sa breastfeeding and how your body bounces back. Pero generally, first few months postpartum ay quite unpredictable pa talaga ang cycle, so don't stress muna!
