Usually what worked for a few of us is do it gradually over 1-2 weeks, mix the old formula (Bonakid) with the new one (Bear Brand Junior) slowly increasing the ratio, kaya start with 3/4 old + 1/4 new, then 1/2 and 1/2, then 1/4 old + 3/4 new, bago full switch na. Pati make sure ang water and measurements ay exact talaga kasi kahit slight lang na wrong dapat tama para safe sa baby, pero honestly sis, best to check with your pedia about the timing at amounts na swak sa age ng baby mo, basta careful lang sa transition para hindi ma-upset ang tummy! Ang switching process kailangan patient talaga, some babies adjust agad-agad, pero some need more time.
