Okay lang naman ang Bearbrand or Birch Tree for your 2-year-old, pero check mo muna kung walang added sugar or mas mababa lang, marami kasing brands na medyo mataas ang sugar content kaya dapat balanced with meals. One of my mum friends prefers to mix it with regular milk para less sweet, or minsan she just gives it once or twice a week lang as treat, hindi everyday, kasi wala nang kailangan ng extra sugar sa edad na yan. Best thing is check the label and if may concerns ka specifically sa brand na yan, okay rin mag-check with your pedia para sa peace of mind!
