Please remove if inappropriate My LO's poop has trances of blood in his stool.. He is on total breastfeed.. What could be the reason..?

My boy had this twice since he was born but he is okay now. We didn't bring him to the doctor as it only happens for that one feed. It could be due to your diet or cracked nipples. Monitor baby for one more feed if it happens again, please bring baby to see a doctor.
