Ano ang magandang breast pump?

Depende talaga sa lifestyle mo, if you're working out of the house, electric pumps like Spectra or Medela are worth it kasi hands-free and mas mabilis, pero pricey; if you're mostly at home, manual ones like Philips Avent work fine and mas affordable. For me, I went with a mid-range electric one kasi gusto ko flexibility pero hindi ko kaya ang premium prices, and honestly nag-work out well for my pumping schedule. What matters most is comfort sa shields, how often you'll pump, at kung gusto mo portable or something mas powerful, try to test a friend's pump muna kung possible bago bumili!
