Breastpump, Wearable / Electric Reco?
Planning to buy, any suggestion po na effective sana diko alam if mag kak milk

Honestly, I'd start with a manual pump muna if first time mo talaga, kasi mas affordable at mapapansin mo agad kung kumukuha ng milk or not, a few of us tried that route first before splurging on electric. Pero if you're planning to pump regularly or back to work soon, electric or wearable talaga game-changer, kasi hands-free and mas mabilis, so less stress sa iyong day; one of my mum friends loves her wearable kasi pwede nang mag-multitask habang pumping. The key thing is consistency lang talaga, pumping every 2-3 hours sa simula para mag-establish ang supply, whether manual or electric. What matters most is finding one na comfortable sa iyong body and lifestyle, so baka worth it asking din sa lactation consultant mo once baby comes kung ano best fit based sa iyong situation!

Electric pumps are more powerful though, so kung baguhan ka pa lang, maybe start with a good double electric (Spectra, Medela, or Philips Avent ang pinaka-common dito) then add a wearable if you need portability later. Wearables are amazing para sa busier mums, pero ang cons lang ay mas mahal at kailangan careful sa timing kung gagamitin kasama ng regular pump. Talk to lactation consultant din if you're worried about supply kasi sometimes it's not just the pump, hydration, diet, at proper latch matter talaga!
