Pregnant 32 weeks

Eh yes, aku pun rasa macam tu masa pregnant dulu, especially around second/third trimester, memang heart rate naik sikit and rasa jantung berdebar² je, scary gak! A few of my mum friends mentioned the same thing, but sebab body kita pump extra blood for baby, tu normal je actually, tapi at 32 weeks boleh jugak jadi ada iron deficiency or blood pressure changes, so best check with your doctor just to be sure everything okay, especially if dizziness or chest pain ada.
