Eh I haven't personally tried confinement lady services, tapi I have a few mum friends who've shared their experiences, some had good ones, some not so much lah. Better you ask around your area specifically, maybe check Google reviews atau ask dalam neighbourhood WhatsApp groups, depa usually very honest about their experiences! If you're considering one, make sure you clarify the terms and pricing in writing before they come, and maybe ask for referrals from people you trust locally.
